<p>About 'Nitnem': Nit-Nem (literally Daily Naam) consists of different prayers meant to be read daily by Sikhs at specific times. This includes the Panj bania (5 prayers) typically recited during Amrit Vela (3:00 am - 6:00 am), 'Rehras Sahib' recited at 6 pm, and 'Kirtan Sohila' recited at 9 pm. These prayers hold great significance in Sikh practices and are integral parts of their daily routine.
